How do I return an item?
ANSGEAR.COM does accept returns on many of the products that we stock. There are no returns on paint, special orders, or items that have been used in any way. The item to be returned must be brand new, factory sealed, and in no way used. All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price. Shipping in no way is refundable on any order. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the time the order was placed.
