Empire and Valken ARE WAY DIFFERENT COMPANIES, Valken owns Sly and Empire owns JT Invert and BT. SO VALKEN AND EMPIRE ARE DIFFERENT!

Empire does NOT make Valken. AT ALL. Empire=Empire, Invert, JT, BT etc. but not Valken. The two are competitors. Just making that clear. Look it up if you like.

thats why they are a "copy" of the empire...empire and valken is like dye and proto...so yes the empire are prolly a bit better but have no reviews..so far its a 5 star item..im goin with these

Best glove in production.

I had bought several pairs of paintball specific gloves up until these and none seemed worth the money so I always ended up using some cut Mechanix gloves. Well not anymore!
These things are great! The index and middle fingers are 100% unhindered. The palm and the ring and pinky finger are protected just enough to make it painless crawling through brush and over rocks. The stitching looks like its holding together great so far and the microfiber thumb is a great addition that just makes this glove even sweeter.

I bought these a couple months ago, and I have to say! Valken did an excellent job on these gloves! There is just enough padding to protect your hands, but not enough to interfere with movement too much. I really like these gloves!
