Nice Vest, Careful with the size though March 16, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Indiana
I bought this vest in the XXL/XXXL size.  I'm 5'10" and weigh 235.  I wear a 40" pant, but my gut is larger than that.  I have a pretty even torso to leg length ratio. The belt on this size will adjust to fit me, but the upper part of the vest, the panel from the belt to the neck,  is too long.  I would say to wear this size comfortably, with the main load sitting at your lower back, you would have to be at least 6' to 6'2" tall.  Even with the straps tightened to the point the vest digs into the back of my neck, loaded the vest hangs down on my rear end, making it very uncomfortable.  It causes shortened stride when walking and running, bouncing around on my butt rather than snug around my waist.

I like the vest though.  It's light and well constructed.  The size chart is just incorrect when it comes to height.  Try it on fully loaded with full pods and bounce around before you play in it.   It'll save you having to buy it again in the right size.

Paintball Vest June 9, 2013

In all honesty I love this vest. My only issue as a bigger guy its a little tight. I feel a tradition pistol belt style belt would be better but the quality is high and the pod holders are amazing.

There is a lack of a "sling" holder to keep it off your neck. Except for that this vest is perfect. I do feel the "elastic" pod holders are a bit useless for those wanting to not lose pods (hard to put the pod back in unless you take off the vest).

Echo vest April 28, 2011

This vest is so awesome! it hols any pods you need, the MOLLE webbing is handy. the only cons are: tops of shoulder straps rub on neck and the +3 pod attachments rip easily where they are sewn together. haven't played with it yet, but it certainly fits my standards. rules!
