There is no sizing for this but I can tell you this. If your big it will work well but if you're small like me it's not going to fit well around you. I'm pretty skinny so this thing as tight as it can go with its velcro straps still doesn't stay tight. The material though is nice after about a year of use I'm seeing some wear on the bottom pod holders. But still in good shape. Get suspenders for these and it will stay, I always have to undo than put it back on as tight as can be. For the price it isn't bad, a pain to get your tank in though.
