These are getting harder and harder to come by. Set screw does not come with the actuator rod, if you are wondering the thread size is 6-32 and length will vary depending on your 3-way shaft.

When it comes to these items for cockers they are pretty basic. You get what you see and it works great. The only unexpected catch, it did not include the locking screw for the three-way shaft. Nothing a trip to the local hardware store can not fix, just annoying.
