I would have to say that a fill nipple cover is a must. Especially if you play woodsball since you will most likely be rolling around in the dirt at some point in time. The last thing you would want is for dirt to get on to your fill nipple and then have that dirt get in to you tank next time you go to fill it up. One major reason for seal failure is due to dirt contamination. The last thing you want is to have to rebuild your regulator.
Get a nipple. If you do get one, I suggest that you get this one. It has a leash so you won't lose it and it attaches the same way as a remote or fill station. Easy on, easy off, and secure.
An inexpensive and effective way to protect your expensive regulator and tank.

This dust cap is the best by far. You will never loose it because you can hook it to your presset or your marker. It is easy to install and it is way more resistant than the rubber ones. If you want to protect your fill nipple from dust this is the best option, it really worth it!

Better than CP covers! |

Have used a CP nipple cover initially, but after constantly losing that one, i got these - SO MUCH BETTER!
The clip / retention mechanism employed is identical to that found on HPS fill stations, and then u KNOW it is not gonna let go.
Plus they come with a coiled lanyard-thing that you hook onto your tank / cover / marker - where ever , making sure you not gonna lose these!
Go get one... well worth the extra buck over the CP covers.

I bought one of this dust caps a while ago, and i have loved it since i got it, they look great! cover the fill nipple perfectly, way lot better than the common rubber one, and you can even match them to your gun!! im always picking one up in any order im placing! even if i don't need them, some buddy will, :D!
And buy them from ANSgear!! they have the BEST customer service and support, not to mention the GREAT PRICES they always seem to have! and great promotions!! You should join the mailing list so you won't miss any news from ANSgear!!
