What Bud Orr did for paintball by creating the SniperII and Autococker, ANS did for his creations. I started in 1992 and have been solely playing with Snipers/'Cockers. They are rock solid in accuracy and performance with minimal maintenance and have been on the tourney scene forever. I recently upgraded to an X-5 and was blown away by the performance! It's so much lighter and even more accurate than any other 'Cocker I've had the opportunity to use. The Reg stays put so I only need to adjust the velocity when I change my paint or barrel, and I've only had breaks from super-brittle paint breaking from the tension in my Reloader B, never from the gun. The Pump version may not be as fast the Semi, but like any 'cocker before it, it's definitely sharper shooting with longer legs! I love taking people out from across the field. If you want to put paint exactly where you aim, you just can't beat a SniperII, and the ANS X5 pump is the finest incarnation of it you'll ever find.
