Got mine out of the box and tried to shoot it, already leaked and it wouldn't shoot. I don't know if it was packaging by Ans or just the manufacturer. Get the rail and dont make the mistake I did.

Amazing gun, I've had it for a really long time and still, no problems, I have the rail and it sucks compared to this one. I swear, trust me it is crazy good, it has never broke or had a problem for like 1 and a half years now with constant playing time!

If I were you, just buy the Rail. You get Dye performance in a 250$ marker. I have the Rail, and it rocks, do yourself a favor.....

2011 Proto Rail vs. Azodin Zenith

Own both of them, both great paintball markers. Both are backed by great companies that have great customer service. It all comes down to what you want, and what you are going to use it for. If you like to play speedball, go with the Proto Rail. If you like to play woodsball, go with the Zenith. Why? The Proto Rail shoots way smooth, no chops, no breaks. But its heavy on the HPA. The Zenith is better on air for you players that are going to be in a 3 hour game, shoots great, fast, no breaks.

i would not say that the g4 is a gun that people have nightmares about, ive had my g4 for almost a year now and ive only had 1 problem with it, and that would be the out of the box macro leak, easy fix no problem rest of my life. So dont hate on the g4 if you have never owned one.
