this gun is an all around good marker. the gun is a big gas hog though i think that is one of the only problem with it. the gun is kind of back heavy to that i have notest with my playing with the mark. the trigger feeling with this marker is great right out of the factory. this is an over all sweet gun.

Well I was using a Marq7 and got this for Christmas. Man what a surprise. This gun is absolutly awesome!!! Very light weight, yet durable. Quiet, accurate, ready to kill straight from the word go. Once again Bob Long has made another series of guns that live up to the name. Get one!!

My team is sponsered by bob long and we all shoot marqs, so we went to get out guns techded at cup and bob had his protege out to test shot so we shot it needless to say not a day went by and i had to have one sold my marq 7 and got a protege hands down one of bobs best guns.

The Bob Long protege is hardly a downgrade from the Vice. This gun is the lightest I've owned and still shoots as smooth as my DM6. The gun is quiet for an open bolt and extremely efficient. The protege-vice family blow other markers out of the water in efficiency. The best part about the whole package is Bob Long's customer service. I have sent a few guns into Bob and all are shipped back working better than ever without a labor charge!
