To start with the Crossfire SS 45/4500 bottle itself, it is produced with care in the Crossfire Kalamazoo, MI facility. All Crossfire paintball tanks go through rigorous testing in order to bring the safest and most durable tank to your gear bag. The bottles are wrapped from the best carbon fiber and are assembled in the hands of the Crossfire family.

The big hype of the Crossfire SS 45/4500 Tank is the new regulator which comes stock on all SS series bottles. The new SS Regulator has only 3 pieces and is the first rebuildable Crossfire regulator to ever hit the market. This means you will be hard pressed to find a tank regulator that will be easier to work on or have less problems.

The Crossfire SS Tank regulator comes stock with a new mini gauge which is much smaller and lighter than the standard Crossfire tank Regulator. Both the regulator body as well as bonnet are machined with flat surfaces on the side if the regulator needs to be removed or rebuilt. Now you can do it without causing damage to the regulator.

On the safety side of the Crossfire SS 45/4500 Regulator, there are two set screws on the regulator body which hold the regulator bonnet securely onto the regulator body. In addition to that, the dual burst discs (HP and LP) will keep you safe in the event of a bottle being overfilled or a sudden spike in the regulator output pressure.

Not only is the Crossfire SS regulator light weight, but it weights much less than all of its predecessors. Also, the Crossfire SS Tank comes stock with a brass bonnet (Threaded Portion) which is much stronger and durable than some of the other standard aluminum bonnets on the market.

Overall, the Crossfire SS 45/4500 is Tank proudly made in the US and is one of the best quality tanks on the market.

fill nipple was leaking since the first time i got the tank. sent it to crossfire they said that the nipple was to tight but he rebuilt the reg anyways... 2 weeks later same issue. So i swapped a ninja reg on for another 30 bucks at my pb shop and perfect. its a really awesome tank nice and light but the reg is crap. Go back to the old ones lol and this is a smaller tank its not gonna be as efficient as a 68/45. customer service from crossfire is awesome though just be aware of the reg and fill nipple its very touchy and pretty aggravating having to rent a tank when you have a brand new one.

It is a truly wonderful tank, but the output pressure of 850 psi is just a waste since my gun runs only about 150 psi. Adding the LP Spring does help a bit. Other than that its a beautiful tank for the price.

Issue with burst disks leaking, but it was fixed using teflon tape. Tank is light and regulator is efficient once it has been run in (with no leaks). Regulator grub screws need tightening ever so often as they are not strong enough to handle the torque of unscrewing the tank from the marker. I got one of the first tanks...so hopefully these issues have been resolved with later batches.

This tank has a very low profile and is extremely light, its not quite as air efficient as my ninja 68/45 but it is alot lighter

this tank is really small n compact which is nice. overall its a nice tank played with it 3 times already and the only problem on the dangerous power guns is that the guage gets in the way of ur left hand.
