Really gotta say, it's pricey but perfect. Won't fall off and protects that valuable investment stuck to the back of your gun.

Good, not great

I've used this for over a year now through quite a bit of play, and haven't lost it yet! However, I bought another for a friend and the orings on his were dried out on arrival, and broke shortly after causing the balls to fall out that hold the thing in place. I now lube my orings a bit to keep them happy but hate getting anything like that too close to the fill nipple.

5 stars because it is a good product, BUT don't get it...
I had this fill nipple and have the CP Thread Protector Saver. Both are good products and are fine. When both of them are on a tank they look good and stand out (especially if you get bright colors like red, like what I have/had). The only thing about the fill nipple is that it is easy to loose and there are better alternatives to it, that will avoid you loosing it.
Thread protector is different. You would only take it off and put it on before you start playing and after you are done. You would usually leave it in a safe place like your car, or your marker box or what ever. Fill nipple you take off every time you fill your tank. After a whole day playing yesterday I was very tired and I left this fill nipple it at the fill station.
I am now looking to buy a rubber fill nipple. The one that attaches to the tank, so it will never be lost. I'll see how it works out, but I am sure I won't be loosing it.

This cover gets the job done, and does it right! I have never misplaced it while filling and it stays on while playing. This is one of the most important investments to make into a HPA tank. Plus it looks slick on my Ninja Tank. Great job ANSgear.

High build quality, nice looking, functional, durable, and so on. When you go to fill your tank it is not attached, but when filling a tank you kind of need to have your head in it, right. not being attached is not a reason for four stars. I do agree however ans is a great place to purchase.
