Great video for people interested in moving from beginner to intermediate X Ballers strategies. they cover all positions, field tactics and team strategies. Not a tape that will benefit expert Xball teams.

Does a good job of explaining positions, game plans and drills. My biggest complaint is the 10 minutes of useless advice like "Don't show up to practice late,""If you have paint left over after practice, don't just shoot it into the woods," and "No one likes a teammate with a bad attitude." A good overview of ball tho.

I bought this dvd a few months ago when my local shopowner announced that he was interested in starting an xball team, and not having much xball experience between myself and my teammates, I bought it to see how it could help my team. The drills are great and very easy to understand. The advice offered by Dynasty and infamous is practical, and works. If you want an xball dvd that offers great advice and drills on every position, buy this dvd.

this video is great for anyone that is forming an xball or any team for that matter. all the drills they teach you are superb and teach you all the postions and how to play those positions on an xball field. i would not reccomand this to someone who is just getting into the sport because you do need to know the details about the sport like laning and stuff like that. but besides that i would reccomend this video to anyone!
