Great upgrade for many guns |

I got this reg a few weeks ago for my Ion and I can say it's one of the only regs you will actually see a performance upgrade on next to the stock regulator. Right out of the box I was shooting +/- 3 without much tuning at all. I would say definitely get this reg as an upgrade if you are an Ion owner, or maybe even spring for the Hyper 3 if you have the extra cash. In any case I love this reg and highly recommend it. Very reliable, fairly easy to disassemble and clean, and looks and feels great too.

Great Reg |

This reg stayed within 3fps every shot. A+++
Dye really did a good job. The only problem I had with these is the anodizing doesn't match other guns besides proto matrixes and dye matrixes to great. I especially love the swivel on the bottom of it where the macroline fitting goes. I can screw it into my gun all the way and never worry about lining up the macroline fitting in the right spot. It saves a lot of trouble. I have never had drop-off either shooting ropes of 30.7bps. It's very consistent and keeps up with any gun.

Perfect size and feel |

This is an awesome regulator.Dye is really making some great things and this is no exception! The hyper 3 ( or 4 as some of you say ) is very nice if you have the cash for it, but if you dont have that many bones to spend on a regulator get THIS. This is a very consistant, easy to maintain, and good looking regulator that is also very easy to grip! With the swivel section that your macroline fitting goes on it makes running macroline anyway you like really easy and it is the perfect size that feels great in your hands. Hands down this is one of the best regulators out!

The regulator on my DP G3 stopped working recently so I purchased a dye hyper 2. I love this regulator. I can shoot 25bps ramping on my gun and the reg doesn't have any trouble keeping up. I haven't had a chance to chrono test it, but it was fairly accurate when I quick chrono'ed before I played.
Oh and the ANNO on these things in flawless, beautiful, and matches the DYE UL colors.

Cool, awesome reg |

This is a great reg from DYE. It looks awesome and it is very consistent. It is made of renowned dye quality and durability and it feels great too. This is one of me favorite regs and it comes stock on some of the best paintbal guns on the market, the dye dm's. the performance of it is amazingly consistent and the reg itself is very light. FROm ansgear, this a great deal for the price and can compete with the most expensive regulators.
