Small/Medium = 32 inch waist or smaller
Large/Xlarge = 32 inch waist or bigger

Pods are not included with this pack.

i finally got this pac in and i wore it to my 1st game with it and im telling you it so light i forgot it was even on me.when you put it on its like 1 size fits all.its so comfortable and you can funb slide and crouch with anything poking into your back or your stomach.

I just used this pack and its great. No slips what so ever and pretty light. Tried my friends lockids and its a REAL tight fit so if you have locklids i suggest another pak but a great pack for me.
