Small/Medium = 32 inch waist or smaller
Large/Xlarge = 32 inch waist or bigger

Pods are not included with this pack.

Note: This pack may be out of stock in size Large/X-Large and instead you may receive a size Small/Medium with a belt extender.

This is my third pack I have owned from Empire. I absolutely love them. I bought this pack for a birthday present in November. I have played with it ever since. Excellent velcro straps for holding the pods. Very comfortable. Light weight. Another great pack from Empire.
