Small/Medium = 32 inch waist or smaller
Large/Xlarge = 32 inch waist or bigger

Pods are not included with this pack.

My Favorite Harness December 27, 2008

This harness is amazing! It fits tight so even if you take a bad dive you wont lose your pack. As you remove pods your profile gets smaller so there isnt as much pack to shoot. I recomend this pack to speedballers more than woodsball. Ive played both and prefer my regualr harness for woodsball. 5 stars for this amazing pack.

This harness is GREAT! JUST BUY THE HARNESS DUDES. If you play rec or x-ball this harness makes pulling or putting pods really easy, you dont even have to take out the harness to pod up...sort of speak. It holds even my dye lock pods, but it does take more force to pull them out. JUST BUY THE HARNESS!!!!!!!!
