Small/Medium = 32 inch waist or smaller
Large/Xlarge = 32 inch waist or bigger

Pods are not included with this pack.

Note: This pack may be out of stock in size Large/X-Large and instead you may receive a size Small/Medium with a belt extender.

This harness is GREAT! JUST BUY THE HARNESS DUDES. If you play rec or x-ball this harness makes pulling or putting pods really easy, you dont even have to take out the harness to pod up...sort of speak. It holds even my dye lock pods, but it does take more force to pull them out. JUST BUY THE HARNESS!!!!!!!!

Very comfortable but doesn't eject the pods with a bungy like some of the better packs.  Otherwise great and comfortable and doesn't move much.
