Small/Medium = 32 inch waist or smaller
Large/Xlarge = 32 inch waist or bigger

Pods are not included with this pack.

The empire hingepack is great if you are just getting into the sport or you just dont have the money for a more expensive pack. The hinge makes it very easy to refill pods but once those pods are in there its kinda hard to get them out. If you have some paint on your hand it will take you awile to get a pod out. Over all Empire did a decent job on this pack.
