Small/Medium = 32 inch waist or smaller
Large/Xlarge = 32 inch waist or bigger

If you want a pack to keep the pods in no matter what you do then buy this but when you need to play tight in a front bunker there is too much Velcro holding in the pods and the lumbar padding on the back tends to get in the way when pulling out the pods

pretty good pod pack no problems except sometimes the straps and can be annoying to put back on if your in game (woods ball) but very nice pack

as we know, Empire, is a well know company in paintball, they're well known, for they're great products...this is one of them...at first it was pretty confusing because of all the velcro 'n stuff. but then i got the hang of it... L/XL fit me pretty well. Im 6 ft. tall and they're sorta tight, but it does not bother at all.
