If you try to fit more than three or four pods into it, it curves to a c shape and becomes somewhat uncomfortable, but that's probably just because of the small size. The straps adjust very well, you can get minimal movement from your pack without looking like you're muffin topping too much.

Used this pack for about a month now, and I have to say, Oh. My. God. The double velcro straps make this thing super comfy and if you shake the pack doesn't move a bit. I'm not entirely sure if all packs are, but this one is washer-safe so thats really nice for cleaning off paint. Basically get this pack, you won't regret it. It doesn't come with a sticker though, that kinda sucks. I love stickers.
Little cramped but good.
