This jersey is amazing. The sizing is a little funny, I was leaning towards a Medium (since my sleeve is 33', chest is 22'/23', and back length doesnt really matter), but on a whim decided on a Large and I am glad I did.
Even though the sleeve is supposed to be a 35' for a large and chest of 24', the jersey fits very nicely and is in no way baggy. I could have probably gotten a XL if i had wanted baggy.
The jersey has amazing shoulder, complete arm, and nice rib padding. There is even a very very small layer of padding beneath the empire logo on the front of the jersey [probably not enough to cause a bounce but enough to help reduce the size of the welt]. The green is a little bit lighter in person than it looks in the pictures but it doesnt bother me. My only concern is that the shoulder and rib padding will tear easily because it seems very soft, but so far so good. I almost feel bad for wearing this jersey because of how awesome Empire designed it.

This jersey is by far the best jersey I have bought. I've had it for a month and the padding on the elbows are very protective. I havn't gotten painted busted on my arms in a long time.
