WOW are these great protection for your knees. There is wonderful gel like padding. The kevlar on the outside keeps the knee pad from wearing out. I even use them for softball. They flex better than I ever expected. My only problem is that I ordered a large (I wear large pants, large shirt etc) but they were a little too big. I took in the seem about 1/4" and now they don't slip.
