Limited is what the LTD stands for. For the first time ever these pants will be individually numbered 1 through 700! These Limited Edition pants and color combos are by far the most technically advanced pant in the sport of paintball.  The development team at Empire has made sure every detail has been refined and re-worked to create the finest paintball pant on the planet.  The Kevlar pre-curved knees are built with triple density foam to take the most intense paintball abuse you can throw at them.  This full feature pant takes the hip slider pad to a new level and introduces a patent pending micro fiber cloth on a bungee cord sewn into the pocket. The LTD pant was tested by our Empire pros to perform in the most extreme paintball conditions and developed for the players that demand the best. I just bought this pants on sale and it worth every penny I spent. Very very good padding on the knee I don't think I would need a knee pad anymore. This limited edition pants seems to be the best pant on the market.

i bought these knowing they would be the best, and i got the best. with these pants you don't need any knee pads or slider shorts its basically all of the padding you need built in. only issue i have is that they do rub your knees raw but it can be fixed easy with some sort of brace also the price hurts pretty bad but thats paintball.

Just look over the list of features.  It's everything you'll want or need.  So the only question is... are they built to last?  Well, 4 months of weekly play diving, falling, sliding... on frozen dirt, old turf, new turf, etc... no wear so far.  Solid, solid pants.  You might choke at the price, but you'll love them if you get them.
