These little tanks are great. The only beef I have is that a tank is only good for 5 years before it needs to be tested which costs more han a new tank.
I ordered a half dozen of these and not a single one was good for more than 3 years. It's like they have been sitting way too long.
Kind of disappointed, but I'll make good use of it while I can.

Save your money and buy one that you can see the Re Hydro date. It's right on the bottle from the manufacturer and this one is half way done. Another reviewer describes a similar experience. Otherwise, I'll be carrying it as an ultra light backup. Buyer beware.

Does not require re-hydro

For those who don't know, there is a "2x2" rule. Less than 2 feet long and 2 inches in diameter, you don't need to re-hydro. This applies for HPA tanks too, like a 13ci tank. I have a 4oz tank from 1997 that's still fine.

As the previous poster mentioned, check the Born On date - mine was also already two years into its 5 year lifespan. However, in the remaining 3 years of its life, how often will I be refilling this and using it? For the price I paid, this is well worth it compared to buying scads of C02 powerlets (and having to change them out more frequently). Plus, it is just the right size for my CCI Phantom to position it where my Quick-Change powerlet setup was.
