I give their service a 4 star, a little slow at first but G.I. Sportz will warranty the pack after I send them the torn pack. I have been happy with the contact with me and taking care of this so far.

Poor seams

I have worn the harness 2 times total. After the first wear the stitching on the belt velco came out of half of it on one of the belts. I had to have it re-stitched. After the second wear, the seam from the back piece to the pod straps it torn out on the center 3 holders. I have noticed on this design the pod straps start and are stitched on right on the edge of the back support. On my CP harness the pod strap runs past this point and up into where the pod would sit, eliminating this type of failure. So far I am not a fan of this design. There are a few good points on the pack, it is lightweight, and has some padding on the front and pod straps. Is it enough for a bounce as they claim, maybe. Another good point is its a nice looking 5+ harness. A lot of companies have stopping making the 5+ harness for back players.-----Time to see how good G.I. Sportz customer service is. This is my first G.I. product ever. If there C.S. is poor it will be my last.
