This harness fits nicely with suspenders, the only problem is, its not for 140 balls pods(3-7 inches sticking out of your back, per side, depending on how slim you are, if you are 5'10". 280-300lbs nothing will stick out tho) the best option is 100 pods that are a bit oversized so they'll fit tight without the need of velcro (because only 1/2 inch is velcroed in with 100 balls pods)
At 10$ for a backup harness I can live with that but if you put your tank on the harness make sure you have a pair of suspender or it will end up as a knee harness pretty fast.

This is a great harness for the price. The camo is done very well and it's made out of strong material. The pods are a little hard to put back into the pouches and the plastic snaps aren't too durable but like I said, you can't beat the price of it.
