It fits on me perfectly but when my brother put it in it was VERY tight.... otherwise pretty good for 4 stars.

not for someone with a 17 1/2 inch neck

If your neck is bigger than 17 1/2 it will still work but you probably velcro like all the way on the tips, may pop off to tight for my neck, but ill find another way to protect my self.
NOT FOR BIG NECKS
