A constant PRV leak on a Max Flo regulator is likely caused by a dirty or bad regulator piston seat. This allows the pressure to rise above the PRV limit and instead of a short release of pressure it will cause a constant leak. I had this problem with an SP-1 regulator. Easily fixed with a new seat.
