In case you haven't figured it out yet, bring the plastic fastener down the fastener as far as you can toward the sock part. Then untie the knot and you have a much longer barrel condom

the quality is good but the elastic band does not stretch very far and is too short for my axe. It is just long enough to reach the forward grip and that's what i hop it on.... i couldn't look dumber with it, but it serves it purpose.
