After almost 2 years of research on what tank reg to get, I purchased one of these. I have had no problems with the performance of the reg at all. It must be noted that I have had this reg for at least a year now.
The people at Ninja is were very helpful and very friendly when dealing with me. At no point were they ever rude.
When I saw them at "NPPL Chicago" they new me by name. When I asked them to check on my reg at that event, because I thought I had messed it up, they did so and corrected a wrong sized external neck oring at no charge.
Ninja is also 100% made in the USA, both reg and bottle.
Ninja has great products, great people behind their products, and great customer service. I will always buy their products.
