This tank is very impressive. I have an Empire 48/4500 that is heavier than this Ninja 68/4500 when both are filled. The gauge and fill nipple are directly across from each other on the reg, and you can use the adjustment collar to rotate the fill nipple and gauge to the desired position. This makes for a very comfortable setup. **The gauge on this is very very small, about 1/2 the size of a normal gauge that you would find on most regs. I'm honestly not sure whether I like this or not, but needless to say, it isn't in your way.**
