This is not a bad buy. It pretty much covers your whole torso with the exception of your sides. Be warned that it has no padding at all on both side areas over the rib cage. Not a bad shirt for the money though.

The foam feels cheap and the shirt is made of cheap material not like under armour more like nike dry fit. Overall it still works and feels good i am 5'8 and weigh 180 and got the small/medium and fits perfect

If you trying to decide on what chest protector to buy, get this one. for forty bucks it will last you while and has pretty decent padding. it take ALOT of the sting out of getting hit any were in the chest region. i just wish they made it in black
