The stock trigger on your ion is workable but not as good as you can get. I got a blue rake, the rake is a nice trigger. There are 2 style the kind that is more like a real trigger(the rake) and the one that bumps out and meets your fingers farther out. If you use gloves, have fat fingers, or really small hands then I advise the rake. If you have long fingers, use gloves only occasionally, or do NOT like the way you pull the stock trigger then get the sling.

I use a red trigger with magnets for my Ion. It's not that bad an install but you need to take your time. Getting the bearing/nut to sit right while installing can be a pain but once it's in it's a great trigger. I like a trigger with some weight and this is definately better than the stock Ion trigger...but it's definately not heavy like a stock Spyder or Cocker trigger either. The bearings are smoothe as silk.
