I have owned the Fx now for about 9 months and it was good but it just could of been better. If you like dangerous power get the gun but you have to remember it is from 2010 and it is now 2013 so the gun has been sitting around for 2 years. I know some people just like how it is $500 and has the oled board in it and the Eteks it's a $100 upgrade but really do your research on both guns before making a decision. I don't really recommend this gun for someone going into D4/3 because you do chop paint and if your in the heat of the moment and you can't clean it right away then your screwed because your shots won't be straight and you can't hit them. If you just play D5 or recball then I do recommend this gun for people that have played paintball before. I don't recommend a beginner with this gun.

Love the flexibility of this marker. Couple of reviews state that it has a complicated board but I didn't think it did. Take a few minutes to learn to navigate through it but the manual is very helpful in guiding through it. I use it with a Dye Rotor and it shoots AWESOME even at uncapped settings. Best bang for the buck considering its competition.

This is my first electronic gun, I upgraded from my Spyder Victor. I play speedball (tournament paintball) and this gun shoots great, is efficient, has every mode imaginable, and a very easy to use OLED board, with many features! It is very light, and EXTREMELY stylish, with the milling ( an engraving to cut out some of the metal to make it lighter) and the flashy colors! Also, this gun has a very nice 16 inch barrel, and is very durable. This gun beats the Etek 3 AM in every category! The only thing that I don't like, is the slight vibrations in the gun when it shoots. I have only chopped about tree balls in two cases of paint with this gun! I would buy this gun for $1000! I have this gun in red and lime green... lol!

They look nice, but paintball isn't a fashion show. These guns are garbage.

My third time out and it ruined my day. It chopped every type of paint I tried. The customer service is not great. In order to have them look at the marker, you have to pay to ship it to them. "shipping is not part of the warranty" and they do not have any local service.
