I used the measurement given and the large was at least a size to small. Order the next size up.

Definitely get a bigger size than you need. But overall very nice comfortable and extremely durable knee pads. These things are bullet proof.

Get a size bigger than you thing you are gonna need!!!!!! cause outerwise these are gonna feel pretty tight. The Velcro straps hold these pads in place pretty well. They are comfortable, and provide good protection whit a reasonable chance of bounces

Cuts off circulation and dug into my skin real bad. It also doesn't bend Well, aren't knees supposed to do that?
Get a bigger size!!!!
