We've owned a dozen of these pods, and unfortunately all of them had weak lid springs. After a few uses, none of the lids would "spring" open, nor stay open.
Also, the positioning of the spring left an exposed sharp end, and have jabbed my finger several times over the season.

These pods are not great at all. The very first day i used them two of the springs fell out of the pod completely so now every time i pop them open the lid flies completely off.
Highly suggest lock lids or proto alpha pods.

Opens too easy

The pod is mad of a hard non flexible plastic. feels almost like an acrylic but with out the strength. because of this after a half a day of use the lips wear down and soon the pod is popping open in the holster and there goes 140 balls in the mud.. getting some lock lids
