I bought these and they slide down and give you shin pads.

One size fits most as long as it's medium to small. Constructed well, good neoprene quality. The problem is with the actual padding very poor memory. Compressed after first use and now offers limited protection. Conclusion: Save your money.

Got them at $5 here.
I'd say they're something of a M to M/L... Haven't owned a lot of knee pads to compare though....
The fit isn't bad, the front gel (if there is gel) is quite soft and comfortable. Doesn't fit around the knee as snug as other pads, but what can you expect....
Like the other guy said, straps at the top and bottom would be helpul.
Another thing I noticed was the back of the pad has very little ventilation available for the back of the knee with complete covering on the backside with only a few ventilation holes. The way the surging was done though, it is probably possible to cut out a large section behind the knee if you find it more comfortable.

These definitely work well and I recommend getting them.10 bucks who can beat that the only thing I think ships be better is that to have a adjustable strap to slip on because they a little hard to get on but I love them!
