yes it does bounce around when you run but really what do you expect perfect performance out of a 10 dollar harness i like the ejection system ok harness to buy for ten dollars

OK beginner pack

i have this pack and i will say that it is a good beginner belt pack. it has the ejectors that push the pod in your hands. i dont the like belt part of the pack, because it shakes when you run. other than that, it is an ok pack
