I've had these for over 6 months and i can tell you i've never, ever, felt a single shot in my hands, and i've got more than a few, after every game i only realize i've been shot in my hand by watching the paint on the glove, they might be dirt cheap but they do a fantastic job protecting you.

These gloves have worked for me great and they look really cool. This hasn't happened to me, but some of my friends who have almost identical gloves had the black stuff on the inside of the gloves rub off on their hands after a day of paintball.
