I'm going to be blunt as sin here, this marker is a shame to WGP and WGP's illustrious history of making great markers.
1. WGP is infamous for making accurate products, the Synergy is anything but. Being a blowback, the range isn't great, and the shots inconsistent.
2. This marker is a sear-tripper, and an extremely bad battery hog. When I tested the marker, I shot 700 rounds, and discovered the fresh Duracell battery I installed 3 hours before was already dead. I programmed the marker to PSP, and then played with it, only shooting 700 rounds. Really now? What the Deuce!
3. The marker can still fire in programming mode. This is anything but safe! A beginner level marker that fires during programming mode? That's begging for some kid to get nailed in the eye in the deadbox.
Now, a positive note. I do like the mechanical safety on it. That really makes my day. Its a shame that's not an industry wide standard feature.
