This vest is great. It matches the standard Canadian pattern and definitely conceals you. The side straps fit well, and the padding helps a ton. To the person below, you can tell in the image that the 140-round pods will not fit in the front, and the vest was not designed to be modular in configuration. The radio pouch is on the back however, and I agree this is a con, but I don't use a radio anyways.

The vest can only hold 4 140+ size pods, 2 less than it's advertised 6. (really it can hold 7 see below) It also doesn't hold those pods Securely, at least not the pods I was using. It will hold three Small pods in the front but, but it doesn't mention the pod size in the description. Also the pods on the back and the tank holder are held on by Velcro and if you want to use all three it really only leaves you with one way to configure the back. The side adjusters are Velcro and elastic as well, which is nice since you can tighten the vest and not lose flexibility. Also the radio pouch would be completely impractical for actual use it's on the back of your left shoulder. Other than that the vest seems solid it has a lot of full zip pockets for storing items, and the pull down I.D. is kind of neat. The foam padding was also nice and is removable if it makes you too hot.
The biggest down fall of this vest is the pod holders not all being full size and them being fairly loose.
