Purchased this product. The first time I used it on my barrel the squeegee broke into peices. I do not recommend using this product

What a disappointment

This thing was on preorder a few weeks back. It looked great and I thought for 7 bucks why not. It came in today and I tried running it through a 685 nope didn't fit. Then with all my intelligence tried it on a 690 hoping that .005 of a gap would work. That came to no avail. Like the previous review, the white fur end is over sized compared to the barrels we use nowadays. And what is the material the white fur is made of? Carpet? So rough I think it may scratch the insides of a barrel.
-The red tubing is made of electric tubing. -The crimp between the white fur and the disks are nonexistent/fail. -Nice amount of disks and washers. -Gotta make some modifications.
To anyone else that buys this, I would recommend you to shave some of the white fur off. You can also cut it off altogether and cover it with electrical tape or a piece of tubing to prevent scratching the barrel.

RAP4 Hornet Pull Through Squeegee

Got it in the mail on October 1 2012, open it and ran it through my barrel, The cotton tip didn’t seem to fit or want to go through the barrel at all. I tried to enlighten myself by thinking extra force would simply give it the push that it needed to get through, I was wrong. It busted on the first use & the whole thing fell apart.
