This is not a bad buy. It pretty much covers your whole torso with the exception of your sides. Be warned that it has no padding at all on both side areas over the rib cage. Not a bad shirt for the money though.

The foam feels cheap and the shirt is made of cheap material not like under armour more like nike dry fit. Overall it still works and feels good i am 5'8 and weigh 180 and got the small/medium and fits perfect

If you trying to decide on what chest protector to buy, get this one. for forty bucks it will last you while and has pretty decent padding. it take ALOT of the sting out of getting hit any were in the chest region. i just wish they made it in black

makes you look like a teenage mutant ninja turtle!!!! it works well and every time i get shot in the padding, no pain, ALL BOUNCES!!!!!

Its an alright piece of armor here's some pros and cons...

Pros: Breathable, easy to maneuver with. covers the shoulders/abdominals, spinal region.

Cons: Not as tight fitting as it appears, doesn't completely guard the chest region (exposed at the center of the chest). The padding itself feels a bit cheap.

Overall its pretty decent I wear mine under my BT merc vest for better protection they work quite well together.
