Cheap, High quality. You shouldn't think twice on buying these.. a low cost item that will save you $$ replacing threads for your tanks or remote lines.

Why would you not buy it? February 7, 2009
Reviewer: Kubli from Beaverton, OR United States
$5 to protect the treads on your expensive HPA tank!

It is a no brainer.  Damage the treads on the valve and you have to replace it, why not spend the extra money to protect it.

If you're not sure what a thread saver does, it protects the threads on the valve from being hit and damaged while in storage/transportation.

Doesn't get much better for a thread protector February 5, 2009
Reviewer: Chris from Lafayette, IN United States
These Custom Products thread protectors are a great investment for both CO2 tanks as well as your HPA tanks.  If youre going to spend a lot of money on a nice regulator and tank setup, there is no reason you shouldnt spend 5 dollars to protect the threads.  These dont fall off for you to lose like the cheap plastic slip on ones that come with most tanks. Everyone should have one of these on all there tanks.

Can't put a price to save your threads. February 3, 2009
Reviewer: Timothy Oldson from Norfolk, VA United States
When you pay over $100 for a tank, you better pay at least $5 to save the threads. This product is worth it, not to mention it looks good too.

Good Product February 2, 2009
Reviewer: Blake Hardy from Las Vegas, NV United States
For $5, why not save your threads. This product does just what it is made to do. The $5 cap is a good investment in case you drop your tank on the threads. It saves them so you don't have to buy a new regulator because of stripped out threads.

A great help!!! February 2, 2008
Reviewer: michael  from CA United States
THis thing is tough. My tanks take some serious abuse, and this threadsaver does its job. The threads are the most important part on a tank, and you dont want the dinged and messed up. Save your reg and get a threadsaver. My tank rolls around in my gearbag with all my other stuff, and still it remains in good condition.
