I ordered these but they sent me valken swabs instead If I wanted the valken swabs thats what I would have ordered.Even though they are practically the same it would have been nice to get what I asked for. I even put a comment to contact me if there were any items I ordered out of stock and they didnt even bother to let me know.

I ordered it and it wasn't sent to me, got the Valken swabs. Called ANS and I explained that I wanted the Redz. They let me keep the Valken's and gave a store credit for the Redz. Great customer service!!

These are really good swabs but a few months ago I tried to order them on here. Only to have delayed delivery, then receive a different brand swab all together! When I called about my order, which I returned everything!, they saw absolutely nothing wrong with the fact they did not send me what I wanted. After telling them that was not what I ordered and wanted to return them I was asked if I want to keep them or what because they were out of the item I ordered so they just sent the next. I am amazing a company can stay in business when they just send customers whatever they want, not what is ordered. I had to tell them I want my shipping refunded and I would not pay their restocking fee. Get some good business practices please ANS because sending people whatever you want without consulting them because your out of the item is not!

The Redz squeegees are amazing BUT...	May 26, 2012

First off the actual redz squeegees are great but I had to rate this a 1 start to get your attention...

If you order this you should expect the valken squeegees... ansgear doesn't even give you the common courtesy to ask if that is okay they just give you the valken swabs anyways. Even IF they are the exact same product it is a matter of principle that if you don't have something in stock contact me to see if a substitute is okay ffs....

Great Swab A Must Have	March 31, 2010

I got a set of these swabs and I have never had a better set. The only thing is that I play 2 times a week or more and after about 3 months of cleaning them they started to unravel. But an easy fix with a dab of super glue. I highly recommend theses over any other swab out there. 5* for sure.
