Installation is simple! Great bolt, no kick and it really is extremely light. This was a great upgrade on my ion! *update* I have had ran this bolt for a few months and am overall very pleased with this purchase and this is a must have upgrade for an ION

3 pieces only! when you first get it, you will be like damn..thats it?!
Very light, strong, fast, low low kick, installs with ease. I havnt found out how much efficient it is but sure is running great at 180 psi(no qev). lowered to around120~150 still shoots consistent.

this bolt weight almost nothing and work fantastically. it also makes your gun sound a little louder and higher pitched but it doesnt really matter... it works great, perfect upgrade for my epiphany

went from running 175PSI stock to 160PSI and shooting about 20 yards further. and i was able to lower my dwell from about 35 to 25, so im using less air all around.
my best bud runs same SP8 gun stock. he hates me now cuz i can pop him well b4 he can pop me now lol

This bolt is amazing...ur gun does not kick at all so quiet and gets great air efficiency with a qev and 68 ci 4500 psi tank. BUY if u still have a stock bolt!!

After putting this in my Ion in combination with a QEV, my operating pressure went from 180psi to 120 when shooting 290 fps. It makes the gun noticeably lighter and much quieter. I am also getting about 3/4 a case of paint on from a 68/4500 tank. Amazing.

After installing this bolt in my epiphany I had to drop 30 psi to shoot legal speeds. It makes the gun run so much smoother. Less kick, more air efficient. You can't ask for more.

the L7 bolt is amazing. i put one in my ion and it saves a lot of air. my operating pressure went from 180 to about 140. the bolt also let's me shoot a lot faster than the stock bolt would.
