I've had the Proto rail for a long time. The Proto rail is a amazing gun. Everybody is wondering this or gog. Trust me on this and get the rail. It's better quality then gog, more durable, more accurate, less problems. I would go with a vmax loader for this gun (It's the perfect combo) I never had paintball break with this gun. Vmax loader is probably the best choice you can go with. It has breaded Macro line. I hope I helped just trust me on this.

get the etha. they retail for $400 selling used for about $250-300. all around better gun. If you don't like it, you can sell it and get the PMR and probably still have some money left over

Great gun for the price	April 21, 2013

I've had my PMR for a 1 1/2 years and have had close to no problems. It's incredibly accurate and light, but not too efficient on air. The only actual problem I've had was that there was a small leak in the bolt. However, after I cleaned it out and lubed it up again, it worked perfectly. I would advise that you get a nice 16 inch barrel for it.
Pros:
Light weight
Accurate
Comprehensive board settings
Easy to clean and dismantle
An awesome eye guard

Cons:
Inefficient on air
Needs to be cleaned a little too much
ASA can come loose

Just tried this marker out today, and i was very impressed! It shot very smoothly, and quietly. The only problem was, i was missing an O-Ring, but that was a quick and easy fix. I would suggest getting a 14 inch barrel, and a clamping feedneck though. Other than that, i was very impressed with the gun, it felt really comfortable, and pretty light and low-profile. GET IT

I have a 2010 PROTO RAIL PMR it kicks but I have added a
Billy wing bolt, and a A.P.E. OLED board for it the gun is a beast and the 2010 rail came with a very nice 2 piece 14" barrel that works very well shoots straight and I have no problems ever with the gun leaking or breaking balls and it
will shoot 25bps all day with the DYE ROTOR feeding it I love the gun I will take on anything out there with it and the 2010
also came with a very nice on/off airport I don't know why they got rid of all the good stuff in 2011 I guess to make it cheaper or to get you to buy the reflex
