The bolt is good changed the sound signature to a "softer" shot but not too much. Did raise my air efficiency which is great. If you go with the cure3+ it is a great bolt but I went with the hush bolt because it does not stick out the back of the gun like the cure3+.

This bolt don't shoot straight at all get a cure3+ or cure4 if you wan't a good bolt. I have a ego9 with the stock cure2 bolt and that is alot better than the hush bolt. I did get the hush bolt and wish i got the cure3+ bolt insted.

This doesn't really make my etek 3 noticeably quieter, but does change the sound signature. I've put 2 cases thru this bolt and the facts are: increases efficiency and lessons the "thwak" of the gun. Hasn't chopped a single paintball (even cheap field paint),but it seems to show breach wear faster than the stock cure bolt. I recommend buying it for woodsball, get the kush or cure 4 for speedball.

I have to say this bolt is better than stock bolts on the etek egos. The bolt is really quiet and it is air efficient from the orings on the bolt. I love this bolt and the sound of my gun shoots now. The only problem i had was the pin. It didnt seem to fit the hush bolt. It was really difficult to make the pin fit in. It was an old pin but i got it to fit after like 20 minutes. But besides that get the hush bolt.

The hush bolt fits perfectly on the etek 3. Where the cure 4 bolt sticks out a little. I know this because I own both. There both great bolts. But if you want a quiet gun, so its easier for communication i would go for the hush bolt. The hush bolt also decreases paintball pops like the cure bolt. Go with the hush bolt.

i have a cure 4 for paint for my etek 3 and ego 6 if i use that but i wanted this for reballs. does it have a soft tip on the bolt like the cure 4 or is it like the cure 3 and below with the normal delrin tip

I have been considering purchasing the Hush or the Kush bolt for my etek 3 but I read the reviews on the Kush and they said that in no time at all the bolt broke. Has anyone experienced this with the Hush bolt? Would it be better to just upgrade to the cure bolt like the ego's have?

The HUSH bolt will be more quiet. The KUSH bolt will be a liitle louder because of the open face but it will be a little more air efficient. The HUSH bolt has the venturi style face.
