Real review from a real owner August 2, 2012
Reviewer: Ronald Fannin from south point, OH United States
Im sick and tired of everyone being a pro and has shot every gun out there so their an expert on what to buy. So coming from someone who actually owns this gun and has played many games with it then take this review as THEE REAL REVIEW. No its not a dye, bob long, or planet eclipse. Its not gonna shoot 17 bps. But its is a very good gun for this price range. Ive won many of games and shot
alot of people with this marker. But truthfully its not the gun that makes you good. You actually have to know how to play and get in to position. Work as a team. So those who say this gun sucks or is terrible have no idea what their talking about. I play alot with this gun and have had no issues. Evn had people asking me what i was shooting cause i kept getting them out. Btw, i didnt upgrade anything on this gun except for a freak barrel kit. So if this is your price range then buy it and go have fun. In fact go shoot someone with a expensive gun then let them know they got hit by the Ion 2.0. Lol

BEST LITTLE GUNS EVER June 7, 2012
Reviewer: Michael Tebb from Alamo, CA United States
I have owned arounf 10-12 ions in my day and this is a solid improvement over stock. Whta people don't understand is that this is also a place to start learnin. when you put upgrades on you have to figure out how things work and this is the best place to start. GO GOG!!

good May 23, 2012
Reviewer: Jeremy from Harker Heights, TX United States
The ion in my opinion was a huge success. Its a good gun for a very affordable price. Sure it needs upgrades but then again who doesnt upgrade their guns. If you are looking for a reliable affordable gun the 100-200 dollar range this is it.

cool. May 14, 2012
Reviewer: max from Staten Island, NY United States
the ion is the perfect starter gun. the gun itself is affordable. and the upgrades are affordable especially nowadays since they were "discontinued" and every store lowered their prices. i still have my ion from the original release, upgraded of course.. it might not be my first pick to play with. but i still have it.. and it works. yeah they leak every now and then. but every gun has an issue eventually.  its called maintenance. you have to do it with all the toys you own in life.

ansgear sells the shocktech body kits that come with feednecks(these upgrade ions to be bolt out back) and the ans ion trigger is like 10$. if you buy this marker, the shocktech B.O.B body(http://www.ansgear.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=SHOCKTECHIONBODYKITDUSTBLACK&CartID=2 ) , and an ANS trigger( http://www.ansgear.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=ANSIONTRIGGERRED&CartID=3 ). it comes out to 219.85. with ans free shipping.
