These pads are o.k. The padding part is great but they are a bit extreme to "break in." The size runs small. I have the XXL nd they are still tight. Granted, I'm 5'10', 231 but muscular not fat. hard to get fully up over the knee. I appreciate them but would prefer a much more relaxed fit.

these knee pads are sick, there comfy, i like that they have dual straps not just one like most other knee pads, and they have a lot of padding

I love these kneepads and I'm a young adult. They have great padding I love to slide on them. These also have very tight straps and the kind of push onto your knee and I would prefer wearing sweat pants or long johns under them to make it more comfortable. Other then that they are great
